Roles & Responsibilities

• Hunt the Horizon: You won't just wait for incoming leads. You will identify untapped verticals, target premium corporate venues, connect with elite event planners, and find system integrators that need our technical power.
• Open Doors & Build Bridges: You will turn cold prospects into long-term strategic partners, positioning our new entity as their absolute go-to AV backbone in Dubai.
• Shape the Strategy: You will sit directly with the founders (the General Manager and Managing Director) to co-create our seasonal go-to-market strategies. Your voice will directly influence how we pitch, position, and price our services.
• Pitch with Passion: Bring an unstoppable, high-energy presence to site inspections, client boardrooms, and networking events. You aren't just selling audio-visual gear; you are selling flawless, unforgettable technical execution.
• Design the Solution: Collaborate closely with our core engineering and technical teams to craft proposals that leave clients saying, "Wow, they completely get it."
• Own the Journey: Walk alongside your clients from the initial handshake to the final project debrief. You will protect the integrity of our brand by ensuring every client feels valued, heard, and blown away by our execution.
• Leave Your Fingerprints on Everything: Because we are a startup, your ideas won’t get buried in bureaucratic red tape. If you see a way to improve our sales pipeline, change our pitch materials, or optimize client onboarding - do it. We want an innovator, not an order-taker.
