Business Development Manager - Field Based role based – Flexible on UK location
Head office is in Peterborough and we would expect 1 or 2 days per month spent in the office, a training period of up to 5 days will also be based at head office.
The Lettings Hub is an award-winning prop-tech business within the lettings industry. We work with a national network of letting agents and offer a tech platform, BOX, which allows clients to manage all the administrative and compliance tasks that help them let properties quickly and correctly. With thirty-five integrated products, the BOX platform allows a client to process tenants fast and earn commission income at the same time.
We work with a national network of letting agents to provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. We help over 15,000 tenants move each month by completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as offering a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.
We are growing our Business Development Team and are looking for a Field Based Business Development Manager to help with the acquisition of new letting agents to The Lettings Hub. The role will be home-based and cover a specific territory based on the location of the successful candidate.
· Do you enjoy running your sales area to achieve and exceed sales targets and have previous field based sales experience?
· Are you proactive in prospecting to ensure high pitch rate, efficient sales progression and diary management?
· Are you happy to create your own extensive sales pipeline and acquisition targets, and actively work towards reaching them?
