MINIMUM CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Aged 21 or older with a Full UK Driving Licence with maximum of 6 penalty points.

IDEAL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES:

  • Knowledge of Temporary Traffic Management sector / systems
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM
Responsibilities
  • Actively identify and engage potential clients
  • Implement effective sales strategies to expand the client portfolio and meet sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, gaining insights into their unique needs, and offering tailored traffic management solutions.
  • Be able to write excellent bids, supported by our Senior Business Development Managers
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records on our CRM system of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards goals.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of traffic management solutions and stay updated with industry advancements.
  • Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our company and its services.
  • Be willing to travel across the United Kingdom to visit customers, sites, offices and any other sales related activity
