The Opportunity They're looking for a confident and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team. This is a full-time role focused on growing our NSW sales pipelines, nurturing existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the industrial, commercial, and critical power sectors. Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth and establish Pramac as the preferred power generation partner across the region. What's on Offer - Competitive salary package of $140k + Super + Performance Incentives + Car Allowance - Mobile phone, laptop, and employee product discounts - Supportive team environment with access to experienced leadership - Professional growth and career development opportunities - Access to employee engagement events and industry networking opportunities - The chance to represent a global brand with cutting-edge technology Key Responsibilities - Drive and manage sales opportunities across the industrial, commercial, and critical power sectors in NSW - Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue from existing customers - Research and identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to showcase Pramac's capabilities - Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender responses tailored to client requirements - Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Forecast monthly and annual sales for assigned and prospective accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and contractors - Collaborate with technical, project management, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments - Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities - Proficiently utilise Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and track customer interactions - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Pramac solutions What You'll Need to Be Successful - 3-5 years of proven sales experience in power generation, industrial equipment, or related technical sectors - Track record of successfully developing customer relationships and winning new business - Strong commercial awareness with ability to manage pricing strategies and maintain healthy margins - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously - Technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate product specifications - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across NSW - Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities Why Join Us?
