JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software solutions, particularly Salesforce, and have a proven track record in sales and business development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for problem-solving.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
