We’re now looking for a Business Development & Contract Manager to help grow our client base and strengthen our commercial operations.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the security industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software for managing client relationships and sales processes. .
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
