About Us
TM Maintenance Services Ltd is a growing building maintenance and specialist rope access window cleaning company working across London and the South East. We deliver high-quality services to hotels, commercial buildings, and residential blocks – and we’re now ready to expand our client base.
The Role

Your mission is clear: bring in new business.

• Build and maintain relationships with facilities managers, block management companies, and cleaning contractors
• Generate and close new sales opportunities
• Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and networking functions
• Help us secure long-term contracts with major players in property and facilities management

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in B2B sales / business development
• Existing contacts in the FM, block management, or cleaning sectors (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently

What We Offer

• £30,000 – £35,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission (OTE £55,000 – £65,000+)
