Location: North East Region - travelling extensively throughout
One of the few retailers to grow exponentially over recent years, we’re on a mission to grow our Trade Business to Business account portfolio. You’ll be the key point of contact for Regional Accounts which means being responsible for 60 ongoing mid value Business Trade Customers. Building their spend level in line with set KPIs, you’ll work closely with the Regional Managers and Store Managers in your geographical region to identify, seize and win new business opportunities. You’ll be a combination of both hunter and farmer as you seek to grow revenue from existing customers and acquire new ones.

Delivering customer centric improvement. You’ll investigate and review our colleagues and customer process to identify issues and drive the solutions to ensure that the user experience is the best in class.
Problem Solving. You’ll quickly identify and react to longer term problems, looking at the root cause & working quickly to ensure that we mitigate the potential impact to our customers.

Strategic Thinking & Awareness. You’ll keep an eye on Commercial opportunities, reviewing the market to understand how we can capitalise on any developments, reviewing the competition and making sure you’re always one step ahead.
