Top Oil has a vacancy for a Business Development Manager – Retail Dealer Network (West Region)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years comparable experience in sales and business development
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry and its competitors
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Full clean driving license
Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales opportunities across the region, and work cross-functionally with other channels to source further growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow the Dealer and Licencee customer base through acquisition, building positive and lasting relationships in accordance with company budgets and targets (volume and margin), as directed by the Sales Manager – Dealers.
  • Proactively address volume variance reports with existing customers and action as required.
  • Investigate the potential for new Dealer and Licencee locations within your sales territory.
  • Identify opportunities to increase our product offering at locations e.g. Adblue, HVO.
  • Develop marketplace intelligence
  • Engage with Marketing initiatives.
  • Attend the Dealer and Licencee locations on a regular basis (as agreed by the Sales Manager - Dealers) to ensure all sites are fully operational and comply with Company Brand and Operational Procedures.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Ensure excellent credit control, by working closely with the Sales Manager - Dealers and Credit Control Team
  • Work within the margin guidelines/parameters as agreed with the Sales Manager - Dealers.
  • Work to specific targets to manage costs and drive efficiencies
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
