Job Title: Business Development Manager – Trade Sales – South Region
Salary: Salary up to £50k PA depending on experience
Location: South Region, with 2 weeks in-house training
Shift: 08:00am till 17:00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and work to a SMART Sales Strategy, ensuring you a have a short, medium and long term goals. Which engages -
  • MCS Installers
  • Plumbing & Heating Engineers
  • Plumber and Builders Merchants
  • Electrical Wholesalers
  • M&E Engineers
  • Government funded initiative installers
  1. To achieve your sales target.
  2. To utilise all new technological and service developments such as Eco Link and Service and Maintenance.
  3. Register leads & projects on our CRM
  4. Profile all Key customers and ensure all relevant information is on our CRM
  5. Input all sales activity into your Outlook Calendar giving the Head of Sales and Managing Director access.
  6. Represent GES in a professional & ethical manner
  7. Be capable of explaining how an ASHP works
  8. Able to demonstrate GES controls to a customer
  9. Respond professionally to customer enquiries within 2 working days
  10. Be able to design a system and propose a suitable solution

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Complete tasks as requested by the Head of Sales within the time frame agreed
  2. Be available for the team conference call every Friday at 9am
  3. Arrange and attend Installer training days
  4. Arrange and attend Merchant trade mornings
  5. CRM Customer portfolio to be updated daily
  6. Send in all reporting before allocated deadlines
  7. Be available for your telephone one to one call at the agreed time
  8. Attend monthly National Sales Meetings at head office.
  9. Be punctual for all meetings
  10. Be respectful of your colleagues, customers & suppliers.
