Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for our new Business Development Manager to spearhead Trip.Biz’s growth, driving client acquisition, expanding market presence, and delivering innovative travel solutions that elevate the corporate travel experience.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

  • Promote Trip.Biz’s awareness and corporate travel solution to the designed markets.
  • Secure the new agreement of global MNC and SME and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Plan, develop, and execute the sales plan to deliver the key results
  • Collaborate and consult with corporate clients with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the user adoption rate of Trip.Biz’s Travel Solution, and optimizing their investment.
  • Collaborate across Trip.Biz and Trip.com Group internal teams including product, finance, legal R&D, service & marketing teams in order to achieve clients’ expectations and secure the new agreement as well as client retention.
  • To work closely with business leads in both global and regional teams to mutually drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritizing and delivering excellent client service to the clients.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and the rest of the cross-functional team to formulate and refine the product roadmap. Lead projects and initiatives as required, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables as needed.
  • Perform research, quantitative analysis, and modeling as necessary to enable key business decisions.
  • Represent Trip.Biz in the destinations to increase brand awareness and interact with local partners by launching seminars, sales activities, tradeshow participation, and industry/partner events.
  • Prepare presentation and all the necessary reports.
  • Assist in additional tasks and projects when needed.
