This role involves working closely with the leads for Real Estate, Infrastructure and Energy & Natural Resources, and other internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market opportunities in Saudi Arabia. The primary objective is to develop strategic relationships, engage with senior-level stakeholders, and secure new business opportunities that align with our regional growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new connections with potential clients across relevant sectors. Business Development, Strategy & Pipeline Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives. Advise on innovative approaches and value propositions to enhance competitiveness. Work with leadership to monitor and manage the opportunity pipeline, ensuring proactive focus on priority areas. Bid & Proposal Support: Collaborate with bid teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations. Provide insights on client needs and market trends to strengthen bid strategies. Review and refine draft bids to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within professional services, ideally in the built environment sector. Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Additional Information Based in Riyadh, with occasional travel across the region. Skills & Competencies Strong ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and verbal. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and challenge ideas constructively. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
