Description

Excellent knowledge of the Interiors Fitout industry in the UAE especially the Hospitality, Residential and the Healthcare sector
Well networked to the Interior Designers/Consultants, Real Estate Developers and Construction Contractors
Proven Track record of generating enquiries and winning large Turnkey Interior Contracts
Be a team player, aged preferably below 45 years and holder of UAE Driving License

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
Client Acquisition
Identify and target new business opportunities in line with company goals.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients to secure new accounts and partnerships.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
Provide feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
Forecast and monitor business performance against goals.
Networking & Representation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Build a strong professional network to enhance market presence.
