Role Overview As a Business Development Manager based in the UAE, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: Identifying and engaging potential SME clients in the UAE market. Developing strategic plans to acquire new customers and foster long-term relationships. Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on sales metrics. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction. Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs. Representing FlapKap at networking events and industry conferences. Qualifications and Skills Required 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, particularly within the UAE market. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of the SME landscape in the UAE. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality. Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
