MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 7 years of experience in meeting and exceeding goals in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products. * Experience in Business Development, Field Sales or Vendor Sales Management roles within the technology industry. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience sourcing leads and generating sales pipelines. * Experience managing and building relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally and with executives at partner organizations. * Understanding of the technology, cloud computing solutions and digital transformation from a business perspective. In this role, you will play a key role in the EMEA Business Development sales organization and as part of the Customer Experience organisation. You will be part of a high-performing management team and lead the business development sales across your region. You will direct the trusted regional Suppliers to deliver exceptional business results through Vendor BDRs (Business Development Reps) and DSRs (Digital Sales Reps), while ensuring an outstanding experience to customers and prospects. Your work will be critical so that the organization as a whole can meet or exceed our business growth goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own the management of all facets of the Google Cloud Business Development motion in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) region to deliver measurable outcomes, in particular manage pipeline and business for Google Cloud products and services across the key customer segments and priority sales plays. * Deliver on monthly and quarterly metrics, number of opportunities and $ ACV amount for BDRs, business for DSRs, and other KPIs. * Collaborate with a set of various executive stakeholders across Field Sales, Partner Channel Sales, Specialist Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management Organization, Customer Engineering and Practice Go-To-Market (GTM) to ensure alignment on Cloud’s strategic priorities when scaling the business.
