JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network in the UK and forging strong relationships with schools across different regions globally, with a particular focus on Middle East countries. The primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving growth to support our mission of assisting international students in finding the best educational opportunities in the UK and promoting our summer school programmes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- - Proven experience in business development, preferably within the education sector or a related industry.
- - Strong understanding of the UK independent school system and international student recruitment.
- - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- - Knowledge of independent school placement and their summer programmes.
- - Multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages relevant to international student recruitment) are a plus.
- - Knowledge of student visa processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

- - Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, and develop relationships with international schools worldwide to expand our network.
- - Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify opportunities in key regions, including Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
- - Client Acquisition: Work closely with schools, educational consultants, and agents to establish partnerships and referral channels for school placements and summer school programs.
- - Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners and stakeholders to ensure continued collaboration and business growth.
- - Event Representation: Represent the company at educational fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our services and establish connections.
- - Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth targets and revenue goals.
- - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
- - Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and partnership performance to senior management.
