REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record in international business development.
  • Native Turkish speaker with proficient English (written & spoken).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently and relocate if required.

THE ROLE
