Job Description

1. Generate business through personal networks, networking events, market intelligence, cold calling & referrals.
2. Coordinates with the internal and external stakeholders to develop a shared approach to all services the organization provides to its clients/Customers.
3. Achieves monthly Individual targets.
4. Ensures high quality of client servicing and retention of insurance contracts with customers to maintain professional and loyal relationships.
5. Focuses on competitor, economic, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years full-time experience working in the UAE Insurance sector.
• Proven track record of generating a minimum of AED 2+ million year-on-year.
• Excellent sales and presentation skills and a client-focused approach.
• Skilled in maintaining relationships with clients and business partners.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
