We are recruiting this key role for the next exciting phase of United Legal Assistance’s expansion.
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager who can work with an experienced existing team to proactively develop new work sources, including Insurance Brokers and Fleets.
We are looking for someone with a track record of working within the insurance industry with previous experience of generating work sources within. Including insurance Brokers, fleets and groups.
Some key responsibilities of the role will be: · Assist with managing and developing new Broker & Fleet relationships to exceed the business growth plan. · Manage multiple relationships at all levels with external companies. · Influence and incentivise all Brokers, liaising with marketing and lead generation companies to help delivery of targets. · Generate leads. · Successfully work in a targeted environment.
Strong experience of developing new Insurance Broker business and relationship management. · Self-motivated. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Clear, concise, and articulate with an ability to be influential when required.
