Job Summary

Uruguay Oil Field & Safety Equipment Supplies is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the oilfield and safety equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify new business opportunities in oil & gas and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals
• Track sales performance and market trends
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in oilfield or safety equipment sales
• Strong understanding of the UAE market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Experience in a sales leadership or managerial role

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Starting from AED 5,000 per month
