REQUIREMENTS:

  • English native speaker
  • Medium level of Spanish is a plus
  • Highly valuable to be located in Florida
  • 2 to 5 years of experience selling software solutions to companies.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets. References will be requested.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Proven ability to understand and communicate technical issues.
  • Ability to travel to various industry conferences and forums

YOUR ROLE AT AVANTIO:

We are looking for a person with a strong desire to grow professionally, creative, a passionate about technology and vacation rental. A person who thrives on challenges and is looking for an opportunity to take their sales experience to the next level.
Located in the USA, this person will be involved in the growth of Avantio in the USA and build a strong client base. This position offers a great opportunity for professional development and growth as the company scales in the US.
The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality while providing exceptional client service, especially someone managing prospects who knows how to close them. It has to be a real salesperson with experience in how to pick up a phone or send an email and prospect or find a possible sale.
This person will also have to know how to maximize the revenue per opportunity. To make it possible, this person will have to listen first and sell second, just to evaluate not only the needs that clients have, but also create a new value for them.
In conclusion, to be a trusted guide, a consultant, helping the customer through an often-complex evaluation and purchasing process to buy a product that generates a big impact for them. It’s about learning, bonding and adding real value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries
  • Establish outbound sales process, and leverage it to identify high-value clients and partners
  • Forecast and report sales pipeline to management.
  • Research and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies
  • Organize and represent Avantio in forums and events
  • Build strong relationships with property rental managers
