Job Shift: Night About the Role: We’re hiring a proactive Business Development Manager focused on building strong relationships with Prime Vendors who directly support end clients in the US. The goal is simple — bring new contracting opportunities, expand our prime vendor network, and strengthen our presence in the US staffing market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard Prime Vendors who work directly with end clients. Generate and manage contracting opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key vendor partners. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quick and quality submissions. Consistently meet or exceed monthly business targets. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Business Development / Vendor Management. Strong existing network with Prime Vendors supporting direct clients. Excellent English communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in US time zones.
