WHY JOIN US?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in acquiring new clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries for our environmental monitoring systems in North America. This role also involves driving Field Service sales by collaborating with Field Service partners and the Continuous Monitoring Sales Team to promote installations, calibrations, and other critical service offerings. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, managing sales cycles, and developing strategic approaches to enhance revenue and market share. This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Burlington, MA office with travel expectations up to 50% annually.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or environmental monitoring industries.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing high-value clients, achieving sales targets, and driving service-based sales growth.

SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of environmental monitoring systems, Field Service offerings, and their applications in regulated pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
