Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Track and analyze key retail KPIs, buying trends and customer needs to enhance operational performance and inform data-driven decision-making
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base, increase store traffic and maximize profitability through market analysis and innovative initiatives.
• Train, mentor and motivate sales and technical staff to achieve individual and store targets while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service excellence, addressing concerns promptly and creating a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Manage store operations, visual merchandising, inventory control and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or Sales with 5+ years in Retail management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance and foster staff growth.
• Strong customer service skills with flexibility to meet diverse client needs.
• Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in monitoring and driving retail KPIs.
