Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Forex & CFD

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Forex & CFD Industry Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and expand our Introducing Broker (IB) and partnership network. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Forex & CFD industry with proven success in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new retail clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into active trading accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and business development targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Support teams to maximize client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience in the Forex & CFD industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in client acquisition, IB development, and partnership management.
- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, financial markets, and online trading platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
