Role Summary: Anju is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help expand our presence in the pharma and biotech space. This role is focused on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and connecting customers with Anju’s clinical software solutions. The right candidate will bring sales experience, strong industry knowledge, and a drive to make an impact in a fast-moving environment What you’ll be doing: What you’ll be doing: Develop and execute business development strategies to grow new and existing accounts. Concentrate on driving sales in European markets such as pharma, biotech, medical devices, and academic research centers. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, demonstrating a strong understanding of Anju Clinical products and customer needs. Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities, guiding deals from initial outreach through close. Represent Anju at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build visibility and stay informed on market trends. Work closely with internal teams to craft proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements. Support client prospecting, RFP responses, negotiations, and contract discussions. Deliver presentations and sales materials that effectively communicate value to potential customers. What you should have: Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within Life Sciences or related industries. Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels. Performance: Results-oriented team player with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strategic Mindset: Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and using data to inform decisions. Adaptability: Able to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to influence and establish credibility with customers and colleagues. Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) for client presentations and reporting.
