Job Title: Business Development Manager – Valuation Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in banking and finance & valuation Services to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across financial and corporate sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a solid network within the financial services industry and possess deep knowledge of financial products, compliance frameworks, and institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the banking, financial services, and corporate sectors.
  • Leverage existing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and high-net-worth clients to generate leads and secure deals.
  • Present tailored financial and business solutions to meet client needs, including investment structuring, escrow services, project financing, and advisory services.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to shape business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of deals and client onboarding.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and business forums to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective clients and partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in banking and financial services.
  • Proven track record in acquiring institutional clients, structuring financial solutions, and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks within the UAE and GCC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Existing network within regional banks, investment firms, and finance professionals.
  • Experience in corporate banking, wealth management, trade finance, or treasury services.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling client information.
