Summary/Objective: The Business Development Lead will lead the sales and marketing efforts for MDOT projects, local municipality projects, and private agencies.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• BS Business, Business Development, or Sales-related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

• Lead, supervise, and coach teams in fulfilling company focus, values, and goals.
• Model personal accountability in all matters and hold team members accountable for achieving marketing and sales goals as assigned.
• Manage sales and marketing staff in completing assigned work efficiently, effectively, and to quality, safety, and company brand standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of project staff in conjunction with HR and company owner.
