Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Services, etc.). Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with solutions. Maintain proper records of sales activities in CRM or reports. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Experience: 0-4 years of proven experience in IT services or IT product sales (B2B preferred). Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of IT solutions, including Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed IT, and Software Development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure. Experience in handling national/international clients (e.g., India, US, UK, UAE) will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, etc.). Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 + Incentives (20,000) Location: Noida
