Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary: Join the energetic and pioneering team at Verdyn. We’re seeking a vibrant Sales Engineer to steer the growth and improvement of our portfolio of products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous sales engineering experience, preferably in the power electronics, microgrid systems and EV charging infrastructure industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills. Your strength lies in translating complex technical information into understandable and appealing benefits.
  • Proven track record in generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of managing customers’ concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A natural leadership aptitude, demonstrated by past experience of guiding teams or projects.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your technical expertise to confidently demonstrate our portfolio of Power products’ capabilities to potential customers and partners.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions using Verdyn’s product suite.
  • Promote solution selling, aligning clients’ needs with our technology to spearhead sales growth.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the competitive landscape, keeping abreast of emerging technologies in the Power reliability, microgrid systems, and EV charging spaces.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and R&D teams to translate complex technical aspects into benefits for clients.
  • Harness market intelligence to inform our strategic sales approach.
  • Facilitate educational sessions and workshops for clients, ensuring that they realize the full value of our solutions.
