JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the overall growth of the company.
At Verto Recycling Ltd, we turn e-waste into opportunity. Our state-of-the-art warehouse facility processes and repurposes Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) at scale—helping businesses dispose of electronics responsibly while driving sustainability forward.
We’re expanding fast, and we need a high-performing Business Development Manager to fill our facility with a steady flow of quality WEEE material.
The RoleThis is a pure growth role. You’ll be building pipelines, making deals, and closing contracts with businesses, ITAD providers, recyclers, and public sector organisations. If you can win trust quickly, negotiate on the phone like a pro, you’ll thrive.
What You’ll Do
Hunt down new WEEE suppliers—corporate, government, IT refurbishers, and beyond.Open doors, pitch our recycling capabilities, and secure high-volume supply agreements.Negotiate terms that maximise value for both sides. Build your own pipeline and negotiate high-value deals.Track the market, spot opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets—your success is measurable.
What You Bring
Proven B2B sales experience—ideally in recycling, waste management, ITAD, or asset recovery (but high-performing sales pros from other sectors welcome).
Pitch, and win new supply agreements by phone, a hunter mentality— chasing opportunities. Confident negotiator with a track record of closing deals.Commercial awareness and the ability to turn market trends into revenue.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
