Responsibilities
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and industry events.
Liaise with stakeholders, attend accident sites and maintain workflow at all sites across NSW or VIC.
Establish working relationships with the Heavy Towing industry in order to drive prospective works inwards.
Build a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new ones.
Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions that align with the company’s services.
Maintain constant contact with Centre Managers to maximise leads and client expansion within the industry. Work with Centre Managers and devise ways to best serve their clients.
Develop and adhere to a territory call plan. Call plan must include frequency rate of all customers with strong focus on their requirements.
