Responsibilities

THE ROLE: FULL-CYCLE HUNTING

This is not a hand-off-at-the-meeting role. Our BDMs own the top-of-funnel through to first sale. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, initiating contact, qualifying the opportunity, and working with the prospect until the first order is placed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new B2B opportunities through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Book and conduct introductory meetings and discovery calls.
  • Nurture leads with consistent, personalized follow-ups via CRM.
  • Handle objections, educate prospects, and guide them through the buying process.
  • Collaborate with our inside team to ensure a smooth transition after the first order.
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach, pipeline status, and closed first-time deals.
