Job Purpose/Role This position is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. You will be primarily responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring long-term profitability and quality of our customer portfolio Key Responsibilities Renewal of existing policies Generate new leads and acquire new customers generated by market management Building and maintain relationships with fronting insurers, brokers and banks Meet monthly and annual sales target Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Bachelor degree holder or equivalent Min 5 years of experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling Knowledge of banking/financial product Ability to build and maintain relationship (ie. outgoing personality, comfortable with client facing role, excellent presentation and negotiation skill with c-suite) Willing to travel up to 50% within Vietnam at short notice Good command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese Language Meeting local insurance regulatory requirement such as being Vietnamese citizens with Permanent residency in Vietnam and holding corresponding insurance agency certificates.
