We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead Volue’s partnership strategy in Germany—driving collaboration with consultancies, software vendors (e.g. SAP, Esri), and industry associations in the energy sector. You’ll identify and grow strategic partnerships that boost our presence, sales, and innovation in the utility market. As our local partnerships lead, you’ll work independently while staying closely connected with our teams in Norway.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead Volue’s partnership strategy in Germany to drive growth in the utility market.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard key partners—such as consultancies, SAP/Esri providers, and industry groups.
  • Build and nurture strong, goal-oriented partner relationships.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives (events, pilots, co-selling) and ensure Volue is included in partner projects.
  • Represent Volue at industry events and with associations to boost visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and share updates on partner performance and opportunities.
  • Help grow the local business and contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture.
