We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, identifying and securing new customers for Voyager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the thrill of proactive sales generation. This position is based in Auckland, and you can split your time between working in the office and working from home. Some national travel will be required. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development – Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through creating new relationships with businesses that align to Voyager’s ideal client profile. Own the full end to end sales cycle for new customers. Sales Execution & Pipeline Management - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets. Prepare and present compelling proposals, pricing, and commercial terms aligned to customer needs and Voyager capabilities. Maintain accurate and timely CRM records. Collaboration & Solution Design - Request and coordinate pre-sales, technical and pricing support as required to deliver high-quality proposals. Retain ownership of opportunities until contract execution and formal handover is completed. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation - Represent Voyager professionally in the market and at relevant industry events What’s in it for you? Telecommunications and VOIP experience is essential. You will have experience writing proposals and responding to RFI’s. You thrive on connecting with customers, partnering with them to grow their businesses and keeping up to date on new products and services. You will be adaptable and open to change.
