BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Central London, UK (Hybrid working)
Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 base salary + generous uncapped commission

Pulsar Group is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team, with a focus on the UK Agency sector. You’ll manage the full sales cycle for our market-leading Vuelio product, supported by a dedicated lead-generation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven sales track record who is passionate about building relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the full sales cycle: From identifying new opportunities to conducting tailored demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Building a strong pipeline: Actively prospect and engage with decision-makers in PR and PA Agency businesses through a multi-touch approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Presenting solutions: Research client needs and present our software as a solution to their unique challenges.
  • Collaborating for success: Work closely with our marketing and insights teams to coordinate campaigns and provide feedback.

While you will receive support from our lead generation team, a proactive, self-starter mentality is essential for success in this role.
