Responsibilities
  • Proactively servicing your brokers to drive growth within the Agri loan portfolios in your region.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our aggregator partners and accredited brokers.
  • As well as internal stakeholders to ensure the best solution is delivered to our brokers and customers.
  • A regular day will include relationship building, problem solving, commission negotiation and broker education.
  • You’ll facilitate webinars, attend and present at PD days, conferences and other marketing and training opportunities.

What you’ll bring to the role!

  • Detailed knowledge of the Rural/Agri lending market across the state, with a solid understanding of the Broker mindset.
  • Proactive approach to business development, including a high level of personal and professional resilience as a key characteristic.
  • Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships and establish self as a trusted advisor to both staff and Brokers/Aggregators.
  • You are comfortable with the uncomfortable; the ability to face into and own challenging conversations with Brokers and Credit regarding decisions and outcomes.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of agri credit.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present with influence to a large audience.
  • A solution-based mind set, with the ability to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
