QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Commission-based experience or willingness to work in a performance-driven environment is a plus.
