JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Florida division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of industrial markets, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of industrial products, systems, or services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, automation, energy, or heavy equipment
  • Technical background or engineering knowledge
  • Existing network of industrial clients or partners

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, energy, construction, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
