Description

We are a Limousine and Luxury Transportation Services group of companies, providing high-end, premium transportation solutions to corporate clients, VIPs, tourists, and events across the UAE. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and help grow our client base while maintaining the exceptional service quality we’re known for.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in sales, with a proven track record in luxury services or transportation (experience in limousine, chauffeur services, or hospitality industries is REQUIRED).
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market, including corporate clients, tourism industry, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills with an ability to negotiate at the executive level.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive new business by acquiring corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals. Focus on retention through relationship management and exceptional service.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities within the UAE, targeting sectors such as tourism, hospitality, and corporate events.
  • Business Development: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel chains, event organizers, travel agencies, and other potential partners to increase the company’s visibility and client base.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop sales strategies and ensure they align with overall business objectives. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Brand Positioning: Position the company as a premium service provider in the UAE’s competitive transportation market.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and maintain high standards in pricing, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure the sales process reflects the company’s commitment to high-quality service, from the first point of contact through to post-service follow-up.
