- Drive Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and client acquisitions.

- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, secure partnerships, and close business deals that ensure mutual success and profitability.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Oversee the creation, negotiation, and execution of proposals, contracts, and service agreements that meet both client requirements and company standards.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze business development performance, prepare comprehensive reports on sales pipelines, growth metrics, and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Luxury Transport Experience: Background in business development for high-end or luxury transportation services (e.g., limousine, chauffeur services).
- B2B & B2C Expertise: Previous experience managing business development across both B2B and B2C markets in the UAE.
- High-Profile Client Management: Proven ability to manage high-profile clients with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
