  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align strategies, drive initiatives, and achieve company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry developments and seize emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, secure partnerships, and close business deals that ensure mutual success and profitability.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Oversee the creation, negotiation, and execution of proposals, contracts, and service agreements that meet both client requirements and company standards.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze business development performance, prepare comprehensive reports on sales pipelines, growth metrics, and client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Luxury Transport Experience: Background in business development for high-end or luxury transportation services (e.g., limousine, chauffeur services).
  • B2B & B2C Expertise: Previous experience managing business development across both B2B and B2C markets in the UAE.
  • High-Profile Client Management: Proven ability to manage high-profile clients with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
