Business Development Manager (Water Treatment Solutions) Salary Range: - 10-20 million IDR Location: - Jakarta, Indonesia Company: - Titan SmartTech Pte Ltd (Singapore HQ) Reporting To: - Business Manager (Singapore) About Us: Titan SmartTech is a Singapore-based industrial solutions company specializing in water, environmental, and industrial technologies. The company is committed to enhancing sustainability, reliability, and performance. As part of its expansion in Indonesia, Titan SmartTech is seeking a proactive, hunter-type Business Development Manager to drive regional growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities within the industrial and infrastructure sectors. - Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, consultants, and key decision makers. - Manage the project pipeline and proactively identify new business opportunities. - Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and engage in technical discussions. - Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions. - Prepare proposals and support tender submissions. - Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Project Sales. - Proven experience in industrial, engineering, EPC, or water-related projects. - Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills. - Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. Preferred Experience: - Background in Water or Wastewater Treatment. - Experience with Environmental Solutions. - Familiarity with EPC or Engineering Services. - Exposure to Industrial Infrastructure or Utilities sectors. Language & Travel: - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Business English. - Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
