Salary £35,000 - £45,000 (national), £45,000 - £55,000 (London)
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Wealth and Advice team! This is a great job for a tenacious self-starter who is keen to take their career to the next step working with the UK’s leading Insurance, Retirement and Wealth business!
A bit about the job:
This new Business Development role involves leading initiatives to raise financial advice awareness among Aviva’s customers.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can work flexibly to support both new growth areas and continue to manage these as they become established lead sources for Advice. An example area of focus will be to ensure effective communication and coordination with our Marketing team by working collaboratively to review the quality and performance of marketing campaigns. You will utilise technical knowledge and internal network to identify opportunities where customers need support to achieve their optimal financial future through access to best in market financial advice.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven business development experience with strong commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated success in meeting targets, with the flexibility to adapt to new opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess and interpret campaign performance data.
• Awareness of macroeconomic trends and their influence on marketing strategies, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Starting salary between £35,000 and £45,000 (national), or £45,000 and £55,000 (London) (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity - 10% (D grade) of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
• Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
