Who We Are About The Opportunity We are seeking a senior, highly connected, and execution‑obsessed Community BD Manager to lead global user growth for OKX DEX. You will drive: New user acquisition via referral, rebate, commission models Global community node / ambassador network building Influencer / KOL partnership programs aimed at trading volume and conversion Activation campaigns, trading contests, and incentive programs to hit growth metrics You will own strategy, partnership execution, and community expansion—playing a central role in shaping OKX DEX’s global presence. What You’ll Be Doing Design, launch, and optimize referral / rebate / commission systems to drive sustainable user acquisition Architect and scale global community nodes / ambassador / super-team structures in key markets Recruit, manage, and incentivize KOLs / influencers / opinion leaders to drive traffic, conversions, and trading volume Gather market insights and user feedback from communities to inform product development and enhance user experience Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to align growth initiatives with broader strategic goals Monitor, analyze, and iterate on campaign performance metrics (conversion rates, retention, LTV, ROI) Provide ongoing support, training, and enablement for community ambassadors and nodes in each region What We Look For In You 3+ years of BD / growth / community experience in DeFi, DEX, Crypto Exchanges Proven success with referral / commission / rebate‑based user acquisition models Track record in building or managing ambassador / community node / super-team frameworks Deep network across global Web3 communities, KOLs, builders, and ecosystems Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) for global coordination, another language is a plus High execution orientation, self-drive, resilience, and ability to thrive in decentralized, fast-moving environments Data-driven mindset; comfortable optimizing strategies based on performance metrics Nice-To-Haves Prior experience in designing and managing decentralized ambassador programs or community-driven growth initiatives Familiarity with OKX DEX or similar on-chain referral / rebate mechanics Knowledge of onchain ecosystems (Solana, Base, EVM chains) and their community dynamics Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation package L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development Various team building programs and company events Wellness and meal allowances Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants More that we love to tell you along the process!
