Role Description Identifying sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and partner/channel relationships Developing and executing a mutual action plan and closing strategy with the sales leadership team at WegoPro Pursuing revenue opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives & targets Managing sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close. Developing and maintaining an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings, and other business issues relevant to the position Managing complex sales cycles related to e-commerce and marketing SaaS Partnering with other functional teams in the organization to maximize the overall business development activity Developing and maintaining relationships with partners and other third parties to increase opportunities Delivering successful sales presentations Traveling to customer locations as required Providing feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams concerning product, selling, competitive landscape, and related matters. Qualifications Full proficiency in Arabic and English (Speaking - Reading - Writing). Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related. 5+ years of experience selling Corporate Travel solutions is a must. Preferably in Travel-tech. 3+ years of experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) is a must. Experience in setting sales processes. Metrics-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach. Consistency in developing new accounts and building relationships. Good Communication skills with an ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude. Passion and motivation to deliver in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the desire to learn and be part of a highly experienced team.
Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will identify sales opportunities and manage the sales process from qualification to closing. They will also develop relationships with partners and provide feedback to internal teams based on field experience.
