JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth in line with our strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to leverage CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage client interactions and track progress.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum two years proven experience in a business development or sales role, must be within construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work well with colleagues in London and Nottinghamshire to ensure the company is performing at its best and using resources efficiently
  • To ensure smooth transition of a sale to the Project Management team and to maintain client relationship throughout
