SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a critical role responsible for providing consistent and effective support to franchisees. The BDM fosters growth in sales and profitability, ensures the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, and maintains alignment with brand standards. This role requires strong relationship management, operational expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
Core Responsibilities

Franchise Support and Relationship Management

• Serve as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees to foster mutual trust and alignment.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

• Conduct monthly store visits to review customer service, marketing efforts, operational performance, and financial KPIs.
• Performance quarterly brand standards audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement
• Provide immediate support where necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in franchise operations, preferably in the Quick Service industry.
• Strong coaching, training, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in analyzing financial KPIs and developing action plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel frequently between Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
• A valid G license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
