Support operational teams with identifying and fostering community partnership opportunities designed to embed recycling habits in the community, and promote fundraising Discover and develop new site opportunities with shopping centres, councils, charities, and community groups. Build long-term relationships that help us thrive and serve more communities. Track your progress using our CRM and contribute to team targets. Qualifications What makes a great Business Development Manager at TOMRA: Sales / Business Development experience with a B2B background, (though B2C is relevant as well). A high attention to detail, accuracy, and strong time management skills Self-motivated, resilient, committed & able to take initiative with enthusiasm to deliver business results Proven ability to search out and engage with customers Excellent communication and people skills Adaptable to a dynamic working environment Desire to be a part of an upbeat, high performing culture Interest in environmental sustainability Proven ability to work as part of a wider team Available to travel through regional Victoria- Drivers licence and access to a vehicle required Experience, connections and networks within Retail or Retail property, and/or Waste Management / Recycling will be beneficial Additional Information What's in it for you?
