We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who will handle the whole sales process — from finding leads to closing deals.
REQUIREMENTS:
— at least 1 year of proven experience in a sales-related role, ideally in the full sales cycle;
— Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, both spoken and written;
— confident in managing direct client communication and managing multiple conversations at once;
— highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented — you follow up, follow through, and keep everything moving;
— proactive mindset: you don’t just wait for tasks — you take initiative and seek opportunities;
— bonus points if you have experience working with Upwork and HubSpot.
— work closely with our lead generation manager to shape and refine ideal customer profiles (ICP);
— review and help polish LinkedIn outreach sequences — messaging is handled by the leadgen, but your input will matter;
— apply to relevant jobs on Upwork and keep communication with potential clients moving smoothly;
— handle communication with leads from Fiverr;
— take over leads — both incoming and self-sourced, and guide them through the initial sales stages;
— coordinate with our delivery team to get project estimates and present them clearly to clients;
— create and deliver presentations to showcase our services and solutions;
— maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all deals and interactions are logged;
— prepare reports on your monthly, quarterly, and yearly results.
